I'm currently Manager of Information Architecture at REI, where I lead a team working on navigation systems and site structure, designing metadata schemas, and developing taxonomies and ontologies. For more about my work responsibilities and history, see my LinkedIn page.
I’m also active in the IA community; I organized World IA Day Seattle in 2015 and 2016, was the West Coast Regional Director for World IA Day 2017, and was Co-Chair of IA Summit 2018.
I occasionally teach an information architecture class at the School of Visual Concepts in Seattle.
